John DiPasquale Jr.
FOUNDER & CEO
John’s skills and experience in acquisitions, approvals, improvements, construction, sales, leasing, and marketing have been forged through years in the C-Suites of award-winning real estate organizations. As former Chief Operating Officer of a home building and real estate development and construction company with a footprint in southeast Pennsylvania; John helped to lead the company to a national top 100 ranking four years in a row.
John later formed a real estate consulting company where he assisted a variety of clients including private investors, residential and multifamily builders, and developers in the sale, leasing, construction, and funding of multiple real estate projects.
John has been the winner of Builder Magazine’s “Fast Track” award two years in a row, and was featured in Business Week Small Business Magazine’s “Dynamic Duos”. He was also named one of the Delaware Valley’s top young professionals by the Philadelphia Business Journal, earning him the “Top 40 Under 40” award.
John is a past board member of various trade organizations including: NAIOP, Builders League of Southern NJ, Bucks Mont HBA, NJ Builders Association, and NJ Senior Housing Council. John is a certified active adult/senior housing specialist & new home sales specialist by NAHB, and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, and Bucks County Association of Realtors.

Blayze DiPasquale.
PRESIDENT
Blayze joins JD Signature Homes with a true passion for home building. Having been raised around Real Estate and Home Building, Blayze’s skills have been molded through years of experience with some of the top National home builders. Blayze began his career at Toll Brothers, a top five National Builder, as a Project Manager overseeing Sales, Construction, Marketing, Purchasing and Finance for several large communities in the Greater Raleigh-Durham area. Following his years as a Project Manager, Blayze felt the need to explore and learn every aspect of the business that he had not yet gotten his hands on, beginning with his focus on Land Development. Blayze acted as Senior Land Development Manager at Meritage Homes in Raleigh, yet another top five homebuilder, successfully entitling and developing over 20 communities. Having done the development side of things, Blayze thought it only natural that he continue his trajectory into Land Acquisition and development. Blayze soon became Director of Land overseeing the entire Land Acquisition and Development for a large private builder across the state of North Carolina generating twenty percent growth year over year and successfully building the company to over four hundred closings annually. Self-evident Blayze has demonstrated the desire to understand every aspect of the business while continuing to grow organizations and their footprint in the markets that they are present in. Blayze is excited to have the opportunity to grow JD Signature Homes throughout the Greater Philadelphia Area and the Carolina’s and beyond.
Blayze holds a bachelor’s degree from Elon University where he focused in Business Management and was an active member of the Men’s Golf Team. Blayze has his MBA from The University of North Carolina’s Kenan Flagler Business School with a quadruple concentration in Finance, Marketing, Strategy and Leadership/Entrepreneurship. Outside of his work and his deep desire to learn and grow, Blayze can be found spending time with his wife, Alessandra, and daughter, or getting 18 holes in on his favorite golf courses.
Tammy DiPasquale
Director of Sales & Design
Tammy DiPasquale has a lifetime of experience in the real estate industry. With degrees in education and hospitality from West Chester University, Tammy understands both education and service.
Tammy also has a deep understanding of the needs of families in the greater Philadelphia area, having maneuvered her children through the Bucks County school systems while serving on several local committees and organizations.
Tammy is a member of the National Association of Realtors, PA Association of Realtors, Bucks Co. Association of Realtors, Bright MLS, Greater Bucks/Mont. Chamber of Commerce and other professional networking groups. Her extensive experience in resale, new construction, and investment properties brings an invaluable resource to the JD Signature Homes team.
When not in the design studio more than likely you will find Tammy playing with her grandchildren, cooking for her crew or trying to get better at the little game called golf.
Alyssa DiPasquale
Finance & Conveyancing
Alyssa leads the Conveyance team at JD Signature Homes. She holds a Masters in Business Administration from Drexel University and a Bachelor’s degree from Gettysburg College. Her passion for efficiency for organizing and presenting information has made her an incredibly valuable member of our team.
Alyssa is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, PA Association of Realtors, Bucks Co. Association of Realtors, Bright MLS, and other professional networking groups.
Alyssa is a “Super Mom” and spends her days raising little gentlemen. She is an avid gardener and incredible baker -as in blue ribbon award winning baking.
Brad Randall
Project Manager
Tried-and trusted. Brad joins JDSH bringing with him a multitude of building experience. Having previous employments with several national builders working his way from field management, superintendent to project management. His focus with JD Signature homes is to assure all work adheres to not only construction quality, but to JDSH construction standards. He is your “go-to” from breaking ground to your final walkthrough.
A college graduate with both business administration and education degrees, he excels in managing the many trades that take to build your home as well as providing the needed communication our home buyers appreciate.
Born and raised in PA. Local. Local. Local. He and his wife spend their leisure time looking for the next outdoor adventure to take their lil growing crew on.
James Papritan
Project Manager
James comes to JD Signature Homes as a veteran in the construction industry. He is well versed in all aspects of the building environment. His broad based management, site development and operations skills are an outstanding asset to the building of your home. He is not only a veteran in construction, James is a retired 20 year U.S. Army Veteran. JDSH is proud and appreciative to have him on our team.
James holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and an MBA in International Finance. His take-charge teamwork attitude is motivating. In summary, He gets the job done!
When this #1 Ohio Buckeyes fan is not managing your build he is equally busy. Married with 2 amazing daughters he enjoys boating & golfing. A unique to James hobby is traveling with his wife to iconic baseball stadiums-thus far 15 and counting.
Darrell Haslacker
Construction Manager
Darrell joins JDSH bringing with him carpentry, framing and construction talent on the day to day business of building a home.
Having worked many years both hands on and supervising the build of single family homes, luxurious expansive beach homes, multi family dwellings and commercial projects~Darrell is the guy you want managing your build.
On his off time Darrell is everything out -of-doors, hunting & fishing are his passion second only to his number one motivation raising his young family.
Alexander Sevilla
Construction Manager
Having worked as a construction crew leader, estimator and superintendent for both local and regional builders Alexander literally knows his job from ground up.
Home buyer satisfaction is his ultimate goal. His attentiveness towards trades, inspections, and schedules throughout the entire construction process equates to a very happy homeownership experience.
He is a graduate of Cape Fear Community College where he holds an Associates Degree of Sciences as well as Construction Management Certification.
When not on JD Signature Homes construction sites, Alexander enjoys playing in a soccer league, heading to the beach or fishing with friends and family; and not to be unnoted-he is somewhat of a “foodie”, ask him about his favorite go-to place.
Karen Dunning
Project Administrator
From project beginning to project end and everywhere in between- Karen is our “go to”. Having worked as a senior project administrator for a national home builder; Karen brings to JD Signature Homes an abundance of support skills for our entire team. She is here to keep all gears moving along- from communication with our contractors and vendors to backstopping project management with her attention to detail and high level of communication. Karen is very happy to interact with our new homeowners as she herself is a proud Bucks County homeowner for over 30 years. Karen holds a BA in both psychology and business from Temple University. When Karen is not in her office, you may find her outside gardening or taking walks and enjoying beautiful Bucks County.
Craig Lerch

Craig has assisted in the buying, selling, or investing in residential or commercial real estate since 1989. Craig began his career growing up and watching his family help others with their real estate needs — you could say that being in this industry is in his blood. With a dedication to his buyers and sellers he decided to become a broker and open a boutique real estate company in 2001 to better meet their needs and now with the help of EXP Realty and his new home buying team of Dorata Belezina and Desiree Long they have assisted in thousands of real estate transactions. Craig and his team have the knowledge and skills to ensure you come out of the new home buying process with a smile.
Besides real estate-Craig’s passion is his FAMILY, and of course there is his golf and those Eagles.

I’ve been in Wilmington just under 22 years; I’ve been actively involved in the real estate market for all of those 22 years, eleven of them as a general broker. And, nearly 10 years as president and co-founder of KBT Realty Group.
I’m really fortunate to have been a member of the Landfall Country Club for the past 21 years, and I share my love of this community and this town with my wife Janine, my three kids ages 25,23, and 21 – holy cow, I got old – and our two dogs at home here in Landfall, in Wilmington, North Carolina.
